TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PRODUCTS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of all online courses, video lessons, text lessons, downloads, digital materials, and other online educational products offered by VMPR Group d/b/a CWD Academy (“CWD Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any CWD Academy online product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. WHO WE ARE

CWD Academy is operated by VMPR Group d/b/a CWD Academy. These Terms apply to all online educational products sold by us unless a specific product states otherwise in writing.

2. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER

These Terms apply to all CWD Academy online products, including but not limited to video classes, text lessons, downloadable materials, bonus content, and any related digital educational materials.

Each course or product may have its own description, features, and included materials. You are responsible for reviewing the description of the specific course or product before purchasing. Not all products include the same content, support, bonuses, certificates, updates, or access terms.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed as shown at checkout. Payment is currently a one-time payment unless a subscription, payment plan, or recurring billing option is clearly offered at checkout.

If we offer subscriptions, memberships, recurring billing, or payment plans in the future, those will be billed according to the terms shown at checkout, and by purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided according to those terms until canceled or completed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or deny access to the product until payment is successfully completed.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only if you have not started watching, accessing, opening, downloading, or using any part of the course or product.

The moment you begin watching, opening, accessing, or using any part of the product, you become ineligible for a refund.

After seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, absolutely no refunds will be provided.

5. ACCESS TO COURSES AND PRODUCTS

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the online product you purchased.

Access is provided for as long as the platform for that product is operated by us, unless otherwise stated in the specific product description.

We may change, move, improve, replace, or discontinue the platform, course structure, lesson order, file format, or delivery method at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve the main educational value of purchased products, but we do not guarantee that every lesson, bonus, feature, or platform format will remain available forever.

6. PERSONAL USE ONLY / NO SHARING / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All CWD Academy content is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your purchase is for one person only and one account only.

You may not share your login or password with anyone, allow another person to access the course through your account, copy, reproduce, record, download, screenshot, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach from, or exploit our content, claim our content as your own, or recreate our materials, lessons, or systems for resale, training, or commercial redistribution.

Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, account sharing, or reproduction may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use any CWD Academy product in a way that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or disruptive.

You also agree not to attempt to hack, interfere with, scrape, or damage the platform, upload malicious software or code, use our products in a way that violates the rights of others, or misuse any community, comments, support features, or communication channels connected to our products.

We may remove or restrict access if we believe you violated these Terms.

8. NO GUARANTEES

CWD Academy provides educational content only.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income, employment, certification, business success, skill level, or professional opportunity from purchasing or using any online product.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, background, skill, practice, judgment, market conditions, and how you apply the information.

Nothing in any online course or product is a promise or guarantee of employment or business success.

9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY / USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

All online products are for educational and informational purposes only.

Automotive work, including but not limited to paint protection film, wrap, cutting, trimming, heat use, prep, disassembly, installation, and related techniques, involves real risk. You are solely responsible for how you use any information taught by CWD Academy.

You understand and agree that any work you perform on a vehicle, part, surface, or material is done entirely at your own risk.

CWD Academy is not responsible for damage to vehicles, damage to paint, trim, glass, electronics, or other property, incorrect installation, cut marks, tears, burns, lifting, contamination, or other workmanship issues, or any injury, loss, cost, or damage resulting from your use or misuse of the information.

You are responsible for practicing safely, using proper tools, using appropriate judgment, and knowing your own skill level.

10. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate your access to any product at any time if you violate these Terms, share your account, copy or distribute our content, commit fraud or abuse payment systems, file an improper chargeback, or misuse the platform or our materials.

If access is terminated because of your violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Your use of our products is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and use information such as your name, email address, billing details, purchase history, course progress, device data, and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide access, process payments, improve our products, communicate with you, and protect against fraud or misuse.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to such collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us in writing at [email protected] and give us fourteen (14) days to try to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of any CWD Academy online product must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that exclusive venue and jurisdiction.

13. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our online products.

If you are under 18, you may only use a CWD Academy online product with the express involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or revise these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will become effective when posted on our website or platform. Your continued purchase, access, or use of any CWD Academy product after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

15. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

You are responsible for having the necessary device, internet connection, software, and technical ability to access our online products.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or that the content will always be accessible without temporary outages, maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party platform interruptions.

Temporary technical issues do not create a right to a refund.

16. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

17. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact us first before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend access to the product while the matter is reviewed.

If we determine that a chargeback or dispute was improper, abusive, or made in violation of these Terms, we may terminate your access permanently and take additional steps to recover unpaid amounts and related costs where permitted by law.

18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing or using our online products, you agree to receive electronic communications from us relating to your account, purchases, support, product access, updates, and policies.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

20. NO WAIVER

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms right away, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy and any course-specific terms clearly provided at checkout or in the course description, form the entire agreement between you and CWD Academy regarding the online product you purchase or use.
