About CWD Academy

CWD Academy was built on the same standards that made Custom Wrap Design a respected name in Miami, Florida for PPF, custom wrap, and vehicle restyling. We believe great work is not just about changing how a vehicle looks — it is about delivering quality, precision, and a result people remember.

The academy was founded by Vitali Markau, Founder & CEO of Custom Wrap Design. Vitali has been in the wrap industry since 2011, starting in Belarus. He joined Custom Wrap Design in 2018 and bought out the company in 2021, growing it into a team of 15 installers, designers and managers with about $2M in annual revenue — and growth every year.

Our CWD Signature Training programs are developed from the ground up by Vitali and the Custom Wrap Design team — not a franchised curriculum, but the real process our installers use every day on client cars in our North Miami shops.

Based in Miami, Florida, CWD Academy offers in-person PPF training and vinyl wrap training for students who want to learn real shop standards in a professional environment. We also provide online PPF and wrap training available worldwide, giving students everywhere access to high-level education in paint protection film, custom wrap installation, and automotive restyling.

Our mission is to help raise the standard of the industry by training skilled, detail-focused specialists the right way from the start. We focus on precision, clean installation, discipline, and professional workflow — so students walk out with practical skills they can earn a living with.
